Weddings - Monday through Thursday - $2,000
Weddings - Friday through Sunday - $4,000
Other Events - Monday through Sunday - $200/hour
WEDDING PRICES INCLUDE:
12 hour day-of rental (11am -11pm or earlier)
15 60-in round tables (can seat 8 people each)
120 folding chairs
Logs and kindling for use in outdoor fireplace
Use of space for a 1 hour ceremony rehearsal 1-2 days prior to event
Celebratory string lights hung in Pavilion and along boardwalk
On-site parking for all guests including ADA van accessible parking space and accessible ramps
Scheduled walkthroughs with family, friends and vendors
Wi-Fi
ADDITIONAL SERVICES OFFERED:
Set-up and break-down of tables and chairs ($300)
Guided tour to meet rescued farm animals ($10 per person)
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Rental of tablecloths, dish-ware and other desired items
Rental cost of porta-johns (you pick quantity, style and size)
If you choose to serve alcohol, hiring a licensed and insured bartender
Purchasing event insurance
Hiring a professional day-of coordinator (optional)
